Then Bethesda came out with their own launcher / storefront, and at first, people were upset that they weren't going to get to play Fallout 76 on Steam, and then it was ransomware to those who cancelled their pre-orders, refusing to uninstall the F76 demo and launcher because the demo key was no longer paid for. ![]() Then Epic came out with the EGS, and a lot of people have been complaining about EGS exclusives, and how the EGS app was effectively spyware. ![]() System: DIY Windows 7-64 Pro system, Fully patched/SP1. It acts as if the buttons are also being randomly pressed, like it it will draw a small selection box or highlight a desktop icon on its journey. Then, Blizzard came out with Battle Net, and I didn't say a word because I don't use it for anything, but it's also another launcher that I don't want. Yesterday my mouse cursor started 'drifting' or more accurately twitching itself slowly towards the top left of my screen. Then, Ubisoft came out with Uplay, and nobody complained because they at least had the wisdom to still sell their games on Steam as well as Uplay. First, EA took their games off of Steam, but when the legacy games returned, nobody complained about Origin, even though you can't get their newer games anywhere else.
